Effective November 1,2007, The American Century Ultra [Large Cap Growth Fund] fund will be replaced by the Wellington Advantage fund. This decision was based on the underperformance of American Century Fund as compared to the 1yr-3-&5yr Russell 1000 Growth Index. The Wellington Fund has outperformed both The American Century Fund and The Russell Growth index over the last 5 yrs.
