Starting in the first week in November we will be in Local Negotiations.This will take place on Grand Island
There is no telling how long we will be there. The Company is sending Sherman, Fisher, Luce and Pullano.

Mr. Fisher has put more pressure on are bosses to perform proper PM’s and to be accountable for break downs
in their Departments. He has put more pressure on the Defenders about cleaning and painting the PM machines during PM’s.
If anyone is unsure about any part of our Safety procedures please give me a call or ask the Safety Office. If you feel you need more training on any part of the procedures the Company or training office will take care of it. The goal is to lower Skill Trades injury numbers.
